Streets of San Francisco
An assortment of images from around the streets San Francisco.
Some of these have a ‘street photography’ feel (some more info on street photography here), the others are just a handful of some colourful scenes in the city.
Golden Gate Bridge
One of the aspects of photography I enjoy the most, is the review and edit process when you return home after a day’s shoot and look at what you managed to capture.
I feared today was not going to be one of those days as it was a day when the weather was crap, I was feeling crap (tired and sore from a long bike ride), and I assumed all the images would also be crap. Sometimes the images do turn out to be nothing more than crap, but then sometimes a little piece of magic happens, and you manage to capture more than what you initially thought you saw.
NFL – Cinematic Crop
Scott Kelby has been using the crop factor of 2.39:1 for some of his recent work (link here for more info).
So I thought I’d try it with a few photos from the game today. Given the angle of the line of scrimmage from where I was sitting, I think it worked out quite well.
